the recipe is just the normal fairy cake recipe - 4oz of each sugar,butter,sr flour, generous ammount of cocoa powder and 2 eggs, all mixed together and then 2/3 filling the flat-bottomed cones, baked at 160 for 15/20 minutes. simple! then ice and decorate - yummy!
